Summary: The novel nanoprobes A&MMP@Ag2S-AF7P can achieve rapid activation in neuroblastoma by inhibiting fluorescence resonance energy transfer between Ag2S QDs and A1094 mediated by MMP14 overexpression, providing a superior tumor-to-normal tissue ratio, instant illumination of the lesion, and well-defined tumor margins, making them a suitable rapid diagnostic reagent for cancer surgical or tissue biopsy procedures.
