The PCE of CsPbI3 solar cells is mainly governed by the surface morphology and defect passivation of its thin films.

Summary: This study investigates the relationship between phase stability and bandgap width of CsPb(I1-xBrx)(3) perovskite materials in humid environments, and their impact on power conversion efficiency. The results show that in the 4-T formation, CsPbBr3/Si TSCs have the potential to achieve PCE above 28.5%.

Two step vapor-processing and experimental investigations of all-inorganic CsPbCl3 perovskite films for optoelectronic applications

Summary: In this study, a two-step vapor deposition approach was used to fabricate CsPbCl3 films, and the influence of different reaction conditions on the structural, morphological, and optical properties of the films was systematically examined. The optimal reaction conditions resulted in improved crystallinity, morphology, and photoluminescence, providing guidance for high-quality CsPbCl3 and other CsPbX3 perovskite films for future optoelectronic applications.
