Summary: This article presents a method using MIP paper combined with DI-ESI-MS/MS for the determination of cocaine and methamphetamine in saliva samples, which shows improved selectivity and sensitivity. By optimizing the extraction process and using internal standards, the method achieved low limits of quantification and detection, as well as good precision and recovery values.
