A nondestructive leaf-disk assay for rapid diagnosis of weed resistance to multiple herbicides

Chenxi Wu et al.

Summary: The nondestructive leaf-disk assay based on chlorophyll fluorescence can detect resistance to different herbicides within a short period of time. At the population level, it can effectively differentiate susceptible populations from highly resistant populations, but shows lower consistency at the individual plant level compared to whole-plant spray tests.
