Summary: This case report highlights the use of a fully endoscopic technique with a 4K endoscope for resection of a rare bilateral epidermoid cyst in the cerebellopontine angle. The surgery was successful with gross total resection achieved, and the relevant neuroanatomical and neurovascular structures in the region were clearly visualized through endoscopy.
