A revised diagnosis of Palaeoglaesum Wagner (Diptera, Psychodidae, Bruchomyiinae) with description of two new species from Cretaceous Myanmar amber

Summary: The diagnosis of the genus Palaeoglaesum Wagner was revised with added details of the head, wing, and male genitalia. A critical discussion of observed character states provided clarification pertaining to accurate species delimitation. Two new species and the acquisition of a holotype from a private collection were described and illustrated in this study.
