Identification and Validation of Six Autophagy-related Long Non-coding RNAs as Prognostic Signature in Colorectal Cancer

Summary: A prognostic signature of six autophagy-related lncRNAs was established for colorectal cancer (CRC) patients, showing significant clinical implications for predicting outcomes and potential guidance for tailored therapy. The qRT-PCR analysis confirmed higher expression of lncRNAs in CRC tissues compared to adjacent tissues, indicating potential prognostic value for CRC patients. Gene set enrichment analysis revealed enrichment of the lncRNAs in CRC-related signalling pathways, supporting their potential as biomarkers for prognosis prediction in CRC.
