Efficient electrocatalytic overall water splitting and structural evolution of cobalt iron selenide by one-step electrodeposition

Haonan Ren et al.

Summary: A Fe-incorporated dual-metal selenide on nickel foam (Co0.9Fe0.1-Se/NF) has been synthesized as a bifunctional electrocatalyst with high catalytic activity and stability for water splitting in alkaline media. The experimental results demonstrate excellent catalytic performance and durability of this synthesized material, paving the way for further understanding and rational design of efficient electrocatalysts for renewable energy applications.
