Study on surface sensitization of g-C3N4 by functioned different aggregation behavior porphyrin and its optical properties

Summary: Hybrid TCPP-g-C3N4 composites were facilely synthesized through grinding and ethanol dispersion, and their aggregation behaviors in different pH conditions were studied. It was found that the composite under basic conditions showed fine response to SO2 and H2S, with the gas-sensitive mechanism being protonation and deprotonation process according to UV-vis spectroscopy.
