Summary: A cyclodextrin-decorated gold nanosatellite substrate was developed for the selective sensing of bipyridylium pesticides, with a detection limit of 0.05 ppm for each pesticide and linear correlation in the concentration range of 10 ppm-0.05 ppm. The substrate showed uniform selectivity in detecting pesticides and could be easily identified using principal component analysis.
