RNA-Centric Approaches to Profile the RNA-Protein Interaction Landscape on Selected RNAs

Andre P. Gerber

Summary: RNA-protein interactions play vital roles in post-transcriptional regulation and epigenetics, and recent advancements in technology have expanded our understanding of previously unknown RNA-binding proteins. Systematic identification of protein-RNA interactions through specific experimental approaches can help unravel the assembly and control of RNA-protein complexes, with implications for studying remodeling under different environmental conditions and in disease states.
