Towards supercapacitors: Cyclic voltammetry and fast Fourier transform electrochemical impedance spectroscopy based evaluation of polypyrrole electrochemically deposited on the pencil graphite electrode

Summary: In this study, a pencil graphite electrode was used for the electrochemical synthesis of polypyrrole in aqueous solutions with different pH values. The research found that polypyrrole synthesized at low pH exhibited better longevity. Additionally, it was observed that the degradation of the Ppy layer was faster when stored in a phosphate buffer solution, possibly due to oxygen dissolved in the aqueous medium.

Electrochemical impedimetric detection of kanamycin using molecular imprinting for food safety

Summary: In this study, molecularly imprinted kanamycin electrodes were successfully prepared and optimized for detection of kanamycin in food samples such as milk. The electrodes showed good precision, accuracy, and interference studies, with a detection range of 5 nM to 1 μM. Real sample analysis on milk samples also yielded good recovery values, indicating the potential of the developed sensor for practical applications.
