Girish Degavi

Summary: This study investigates the status and determinants of antiretroviral therapy (ART) in tuberculosis centers in public hospitals in Benishangul-Gumuz, Ethiopia, focusing on the issue of lost to follow-up among retroviral infected patients. The results show that specific demographic factors, such as male gender, age group of 15-24 with no formal education, and being a civil servant, are associated with higher odds of lost to follow-up. Additionally, having a lower HIV status is linked to a decreased risk of lost to follow-up.
