Construction of a pH-responsive, ultralow-dose triptolide nanomedicine for safe rheumatoid arthritis therapy

Yang Liu et al.

Summary: This study presents a novel strategy for delivering Triptolide (TP) at ultralow doses using pH-responsive micelles for the effective treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). The engineered nanomedicine showed promising therapeutic effects with reduced toxicity, suggesting its potential as a safe and effective therapy for RA and other autoimmune diseases.
