Screening and development of monoclonal antibodies for identification of ferret T follicular helper cells

Wenbo Jiang et al.

Summary: This study developed ferret-specific BCL6, CXCR5, and PD-1 monoclonal antibodies, successfully identifying Tfh cells in lymph nodes of influenza-infected ferrets. This will assist in evaluating vaccine-induced Tfh responses and designing novel vaccines against influenza and other viruses, including SARS-CoV2.
