An on-off' electrochemiluminescence biosensor based on DNA nanotweezer probe coupled with tripod capture DNA for high sensitive detection of Pb2+

Yu Zhao et al.

Summary: A new DNA nanotweezers-Ag nanoparticle probe was designed and used in combination with a tripod-like capture DNA structure to construct an ultrasensitive ON-OFF electrochemiluminescence biosensor for Pb2+ detection. The strategy provides a universal design for ECL biosensors in detecting various metal ions and bioassays.
