Which behavioural and exercise interventions targeting fatigue show the most promise in multiple sclerosis? A systematic review with narrative synthesis and meta-analysis

Rona Moss-Morris et al.

Summary: This study examined the interventions targeting fatigue in adults with multiple sclerosis (MS) to assess the most promising treatments. Exercise interventions showed the most significant reduction in fatigue severity, followed by behavioral interventions, with combined interventions having the least effect. Further large randomized controlled trials are needed to validate cost-efficient therapies.
