Poly(phenol red) hierarchical micro-structure interface enhanced electrode kinetics for adsorption and determination of hydroquinone

Summary: A new strategy for enhancing the electrochemical adsorption and determination of hydroquinone was proposed by modifying an electrode with hierarchical structure of poly(phenol red) microparticles. The electrode showed good sensitivity, repeatability, reproducibility, and anti-interference properties for quantifying hydroquinone in skin whitening products. The developed poly(phenol red) hierarchical micro-structure has potential applications in electrochemical sensors or biosensors.

Adsorptive Anodic Stripping Voltammetric Determination of Atropine in Urine Sample

Summary: An electrochemical approach for atropine sensing using Nf/p-GNF/E electrode was proposed, characterized by SEM, FT-IR, and electrochemical techniques. The modified electrode showed excellent electrochemical oxidation of atropine with good repeatability and resistance to interference from other substances.

A portable electrochemical sensor for detection of the veterinary drug xylazine in beverage samples

Summary: An portable electrochemical sensor has been developed for the determination of xylazine in beverages. The sensor, based on a graphene nanoplatelets-modified screenprinted carbon electrode, showed high sensitivity and good repeatability. By spiking six beverage samples, the accuracy of the sensor was validated.
