Quantification of suprarenal aortic neck dilation after fenestrated endovascular aneurysm repair

Kenneth Tran et al.

Summary: This study aimed to explore the diameter changes in the supravisceral aorta after FEVAR, finding that over two-thirds of patients experienced AND, and aortic diameter dilation was common among patients. Device oversizing was identified as the strongest predictor of dilation, while longer seal lengths were found to be protective.
