Estimation of the longitudinal dispersion coefficient using a two-zone model in a channel partially covered with artificial emergent vegetation

Jiao Zhang et al.

Summary: This paper investigates the longitudinal dispersion coefficient (LDC) in a channel partially covered with artificial vegetation and proposes a two-zone model to determine LDC in this channel condition. Experimental results show that the measured LDCs are consistent with the predicted ones, validating the accuracy and reliability of the proposed model.
