Summary: This study developed a compressible two-phase model and utilized the volume of fluid (VOF) method to investigate the thermodynamic behaviors and interactions between bubble pairs. The dynamical behaviors and thermodynamic effects of bubble pairs at different relative distances were studied by comparing simulation results with experimental data.
