The factors related to a sedentary lifestyle: A meta-analysis review

Summary: This study systematically reviewed and meta-analyzed factors associated with a sedentary lifestyle in adolescents, adults, and older people. Findings revealed that factors such as lack of social support, time, motivation, sports skills, and interest are significantly associated with sedentary behavior, providing important insights for nurses to offer better clinical guidance.
