Characterization of a library of vitamin A-functionalized polymethacrylate-based nanoparticles for siRNA delivery

Paul Klemm et al.

Summary: A library of vitamin A-functionalized block copolymers was synthesized and investigated for encapsulating ribonucleic acids through nanoparticle formulation. The systematic analysis of the library helped identify suitable candidates for cellular internalization studies, with cell uptake behavior of particles revealed by flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy.
