Summary: This study aimed to explore the relationship between health-related quality of life and work-related stressors among Australian mental health nurses, finding various stressors have negative impacts on health-related quality of life. Younger and less experienced nurses have poorer mental health. The mental health of MHN has significant implications on their overall well-being.
