Association of a novel endometrial cancer biomarker panel with prognostic risk, platinum insensitivity, and targetable therapeutic options

Summary: This study aimed to assess molecular parameters that differentiate clinical outcomes in high- and low-risk endometrial cancer (EC) patients. Important gene mutations and mRNA expressions were identified, including the role of CCNA2 and FOXM1 in TP53 mutant EC. These findings suggest potential targetable therapeutic options based on molecular aberrations.
