Ovarian conservation for young women with early-stage, low-grade endometrial cancer: a 2-step schema

Koji Matsuo et al.

Summary: Endometrial cancer remains the most common gynecologic malignancy in the United States, with a majority being low-grade and an increasing incidence among young women. Early-stage, low-grade endometrial cancer generally has a favorable prognosis, and surgical treatment alone can often be curative.
