Physical examination-indicated cerclage in twin pregnancy: a retrospective cohort study

Summary: This study indicated that physical examination-indicated cerclage in twin pregnancies can lead to later gestational age at delivery, longer latency period from diagnosis to delivery, decreased incidence of spontaneous preterm birth at any given gestational age, and improved perinatal outcomes compared with conservative management.
