Repeat BinaxNOW antigen testing using 2 groups of readers within 30 minutes showed high concordance (98.9%) in 2110 encounters, with same-day repeat tests not significantly improving sensitivity (77.2% to 81.4%), while maintaining high specificity (99.6%).
