The novel electrochemical sensor electrode synthesized, consisting of polyaniline/hemin/reduced graphite oxide, showed excellent sensitivity and selectivity for the simultaneous determination of ascorbic acid, dopamine, and uric acid. It exhibited low detection limits and high reproducibility, as well as long storage stability.
A novel and highly sensitive electrochemical sensor electrode, polyaniline/hemin/reduced graphite oxide, was synthesized. The electrode was then employed for the simultaneous determination of ascorbic acid (AA), dopamine (DA), and uric acid (UA), displayed good selectivity as well as excellent sensitivity. It showed low limit of detection of 0.05 ?A/?M, 0.02 ?A/?M, and 0.07 ?A/?M in the simultaneous determination of AA, DA, and UA, respectively. Finally, high reproducibility (relative standard deviation, RSD = 2%, 1.5%, and 1% for AA, DA, and UA) and long storage stability (RSD = 3%, 1.2%, and 2% for AA, DA, and UA) of the electrode was observed.
