Occupancy-aided ventilation for both airborne infection risk control and work productivity

Sheng Zhang et al.

Summary: This study proposes an occupancy-aided ventilation strategy to reduce airborne infection risk and minimize loss of work productivity by optimizing occupancy scheduling. Case studies on COVID-19 show that this strategy is effective in improving health outcome while maintaining work productivity.
