Usefulness of soluble endothelial protein C receptor combined with left ventricular global longitudinal strain for predicting slow coronary flow: A case-control study

Yonghuai Wang et al.

Summary: Patients with slow coronary flow (SCF) have increased plasma soluble endothelial protein C receptor (sEPCR) levels and decreased left ventricular (LV) global longitudinal strain (GLS). sEPCR may be a potential biomarker for SCF, and combined with LV GLS, it can better predict SCF.
