Exploring the needs of people with dementia living at home reported by people with dementia and informal caregivers: a systematic review and Meta-analysis

Eleanor Curnow et al.

Summary: The study found that the prevalence of needs among people with dementia living at home was generally high, with memory, food, household activities, and money being the most prominent needs. Caregivers typically reported more needs than people with dementia, although the priority ranking of needs was similar. People with young onset dementia were identified as the major source of variation in needs.
