Database of Wannier tight-binding Hamiltonians using high-throughput density functional theory

Kevin F. Garrity et al.

Summary: Wannier tight-binding Hamiltonians (WTBH) offer an efficient way to predict electronic properties of materials through computational modeling. A computational workflow for high-throughput Wannierization of density functional theory (DFT) based electronic band structure calculations was developed, applied to a large database of materials, and tested for accuracy. Additionally, a web-application was developed for real-time prediction of electronic properties using WTBH from the database.
