A photosensitizer-free, visible light driven coupling of P(O)-H/P-OR compounds and amines was developed, using air as the terminal oxidant to generate phosphinamides, phosphonamides and phosphoramidates in good to excellent yields.
A photosensitizer-free, visible light driven Atherton-Todd type coupling of P(O)-H/P-OR compounds and amines was developed. This highly efficient protocol that employ air as the terminal oxidant offers a direct and efficient access to phosphinamides, phosphonamides and phosphoramidates in good to excellent yields.
