Dose-Effect Relationships of 166Ho Radioembolization in Colorectal Cancer

Caren van Roekel et al.

Summary: The study investigated the relationship between dose and effect in CRC patients treated with Ho-166 radioembolization, finding a significant dose-response relationship and a positive association between toxicity and parenchymal dose. Patients with a mean tumor-absorbed dose of more than 90 Gy had significantly better survival compared to those with less than 90 Gy.
