Minimally invasive prosthodontic correction of pseudo class III malocclusion by implementing a systematic digital workflow: A clinical report

Doaa Taha et al.

Summary: This clinical report discusses the digital workflow for restoring tooth wear and loss of occlusal vertical dimension, utilizing various virtual and digital aids. The conservative approach was successfully implemented in an adult with pseudo class III malocclusion, using CAD-CAM technology to create monolithic lithium disilicate ceramic restorations.

Survival and success of endocrowns: A systematic review and meta-analysis

Raghad A. Al-Dabbagh

Summary: Endocrowns, as a monoblock type of restoration, show promising long-term survival rates for extensively damaged endodontically treated teeth. Compared with conventional crowns, there are no significant differences in survival and success rates between the two restorations. Further well-designed clinical studies with long-term assessment are needed.

Biomechanical behavior of endocrown restorations with different CAD-CAM materials: A 3D finite element and in vitro analysis

Ziting Zheng et al.

Summary: The purpose of this study was to compare and evaluate the performance of endocrowns fabricated using different CAD-CAM materials. The results showed that endocrowns made from composite resin had more uniform stress distribution and higher fracture resistance, with more favorable failure modes observed in the GR and VE groups.
