If only I had . . .: Regrets from women with an unplanned cesarean delivery

Summary: This study found that regrets during childbirth mainly stem from inaction, particularly not advocating for oneself. Women who experienced regrets were more likely to report lower birth satisfaction. Only emotional support was associated with a lower likelihood of experiencing regret in childbirth.
