Association of screen time and sleep duration among Spanish 1-14 years old children

Summary: This study aimed to assess the association between screen time and sleep duration among Spanish children aged 1-14 years. Results showed that excessive leisure screen time was associated with shortened sleep duration among children in this age group. Adjusted models indicated a higher prevalence of short sleep duration with increasing daily leisure screen time.
