Classical and nonclassical monocytes were found to be increased in the cerebrospinal fluid of Parkinson's Disease patients.
We performed immune cell profiling by multiparameter flow cytometry in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and peripheral blood (PB) of Parkinson's Disease (PD) patients (n = 9) and healthy controls (n = 8). Classical and nonclassical monocytes were increased in the CSF of PD patients.
