Burkholderia pseudomallei multi-centre study to establish EUCAST MIC and zone diameter distributions and epidemiological cut-off values

Summary: This study established MIC and zone diameter distributions for Burkholderia pseudomallei using standard EUCAST methodology, and determined ECOFF values for different antimicrobials. The results showed that the use of standard BMD and disc diffusion methodology for AST of B. pseudomallei has been validated.
