The miR-122 inhibition alleviates lipid accumulation and inflammation in NAFLD cell model

Yiyi Hu et al.

Summary: The study found that miR-122 inhibition can alleviate lipid accumulation and inflammation in L02 cells induced by OA, possibly through inhibiting the TLR4/MyD88/NF-kappa Bp65 signaling pathway. Future research needs to explore the protective mechanism of miR-122 inhibition in NAFLD.
