The structural, optical, and electrical properties of Li2M(WO4)(2) (M = Ni, Cu, Co) samples were evaluated in this study. Solid-state reaction method was used for synthesis. Structural analysis was done via Rietveld refinement of XRD patterns, with Raman spectroscopy revealing the presence of WO6 vibration modes. Optical properties were studied using UV-Vis spectroscopy, while thermal properties showed peaks at specific temperatures for each compound. Electrical and dielectric properties were also examined, with conduction mechanisms determined in each phase.
The structural, optical, and electrical properties of Li2M(WO4)(2) (M = Ni, Cu, Co) samples were evaluated in the present study. The solid-state reaction method was employed for the synthesis of these compounds. The structural study is carried out using Rietveld refinement of the XRD patterns. Raman spectroscopy shows the presence of the vibration modes of WO6. Optical properties of the samples were explored using UV-Vis spectroscopy in order to determinate the gap energy. Thermal properties of these compounds showed the presence of peaks at 446, 530, and 453 K for Li2Ni(WO4)(2), Li2Cu(WO4)(2), and Li2Co(WO4)(2), respectively. The electrical and dielectric properties were studied to choose the equivalent circuit and confirm the thermal analysis results. The conduction mechanisms were determined in each phase.
