Summary: SCOR model, as a combination of benchmarking, business process reengineering, and best practices, serves as an industry standard for describing supply chain activities. With the addition of new metrics related to Industry 4.0 and digitalization, a novel SCOR 4.0 model is proposed to evaluate and improve supply chain performance in the globalizing world. The study uses a three-level hierarchical structure and multi-criteria decision-making methods to determine importance weights for metric evaluation.
