The analogs of 6-Amino uracil play a crucial role in biological activities and are utilized as important components in the synthesis of various heterocyclic compounds. This compound has been extensively used as a precursor in the synthesis of diverse heterocyclic cores from 2016 to 2020.
The analogs of 6-Amino uracil are essential components due to their biological activities. Herein, the application of this compound is reviewed as a precursor in the synthesis of many heterocyclic cores from 2016 to 2020.
