Antidiabetic Drugs in Alzheimer's Disease and Mild Cognitive Impairment: A Systematic Review

Mario Munoz-Jimenez et al.

Summary: This systematic review assessed the efficacy of antidiabetic drugs in patients with AD, MCI, or SCCs, with promising results shown for intranasal insulin, pioglitazone, metformin, and liraglutide in improving cognitive function. Further research is needed to determine the effectiveness of these drugs in treating AD.
