Changing circumpolar distributions and isoscapes of Antarctic krill:Indo-Pacifichabitat refuges counter long-term degradation of the Atlantic sector

Guang Yang et al.

Summary: The study quantified the changing circumpolar distributions of Antarctic krill and found that krill densities have varied in different sectors in response to climate change. The Indo-Pacific sector appears to have acted as a refuge for the circumpolar krill stock while conditions deteriorated rapidly in the Atlantic sector.
