Summary: This study reports on cases of neonates in the USA acquiring SARS-CoV-2 through community spread. Infants with community-acquired SARS-CoV-2 may require hospitalization for rule-out sepsis guidelines if they have fever and/or hypoxia, and caregivers should follow recommended guidelines to prevent the spread of the virus to this vulnerable population, including isolation measures.
