Summary: NPPA-AS1, a novel lncRNA, plays a crucial role in the progression of cervical cancer by modulating the miR-302e/DKK1/Wnt/beta-catenin signaling pathway. Its upregulation suppresses cell proliferation and migration in CC, while downregulation leads to the opposite effects. Additionally, NPPA-AS1 acts as a competing endogenous RNA in CC by sponging miR-302e to upregulate DKK1 expression, ultimately affecting cancer progression.
