Application of artificial neural network for the quality-based classification of spray-dried rhubarb juice powders

Summary: This study developed a neural model for classification of fruit spray dried powders based on graphic data acquired from the spray drying process. The results showed that color features had an influence on differentiating spray-dried powders with different juice content and saccharification levels.
