Bone marrow concentrate injections for the treatment of osteoarthritis: evidence from preclinical findings to the clinical application

Carola Cavallo et al.

Summary: The study investigated the literature on the use of bone marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAC) for the injective treatment of osteoarthritis joints. The results showed promising outcomes in terms of safety and effectiveness in preclinical and clinical studies, but further research and large controlled trials are needed to fully understand the potential of BMAC injections for treating OA patients.
